LoanLink LLC operates in Texas and brokers Commercial Real Estate, Factoring, Business Acquisition and Commercial Lines of Credit. We charge a fee to represent you to the banks and find you the best deal. Our customers see a big difference in the rates they were able to get on their own vs the deals we are able to put together for them. Plus customers enjoy a smoother more streamlined transaction and the ease of mind of having a professional represent their interest.

We are currently experiencing the largest rate variances in commercial lending in the past 20 years. For example, with a commercial loan the difference in the high and low rate could be as much as 3%. LoanLink LLC charges a one time fee of 1% of the loan amount to find you the most competitive rate on the market today.
